Please note: Our Lady of Victory Camp only rents their facility to Catholic partner groups, which means Catholic parishes, schools, or other movements/organizations which have a relationship and are in good standing with the Archbishop of Edmonton or his counterpart in their own diocese.

In order to confirm a booking, we require the following completed items:
- Signed OLVC Rental Policy
- Rental Booking Form
- $300 Deposit
- Proof of Liability Insurance Coverage is required for all external bookings. This is a one page document (Certificate of Insurance) provided by your group’s insurance company. The minimum insurance coverage must be for $2 million/ occurrence. This document should be received by our office no less than 2 weeks before your arrival date. If your group does not already have its own liability insurance please contact your local insurance provider to inquire about event liability insurance.
Once completed, applications can be sent to Our Lady of Victory Camp, 17511 – 112 Street or firstname.lastname@example.org. Deposit can be send via cheque to the above address or via e-transfer to email@example.com
- Groups from a visiting Diocese should contact their priest/Diocese office for approval.
- Before inviting speakers for topics related to faith and morals The Catholic Archdiocese of Edmonton should be contacted (780)469-1010 to receive clearance for speakers.
